  • 0-2 years in technical support or helpdesk.
  • Basic tech knowledge and familiarity with help desk software.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fast-paced environment with shift work required.
