Responsibilities

• Develop world’s best CRM applications.
• Design, develop and implement high quality Application Software with minimal defects that conforms with suggested design patterns and best practices using Pega Platform and CRM applications.
• Work as part of a collaborative Agile team working in a SCRUM model and collaborate with talented engineers across the organization.
• Report work status, progress and impediments in a timely fashion.Understand and deliver solutions to the business problem with end user empathy.
• Take ownership of bugs and designing and implementing a story and drive it to completion.
• Develop and execute unit test cases to draft test your work.
• Provide effort and time estimates to complete work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer applications or related field
• Strong understanding of Application Software engineering concepts and practices
• Prior knowledge and experience of developing integrations using APIs
• Solid understanding of, and practical experience with design patterns
• Experience with one or more of the following: Pega PRPC ,Java, J2EE, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Oracle, DB2, MS SQL
• Experience/Certification in CRM applications is a plus
• Very good presentation and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Passionate about learning new technologies and constant desire for innovation
• Should be able to take ownership of the deliverables assigned and would be able to deliver with no or minimal guidance.
• Partner with internal clients, like Product Managers, to deliver World-class software
